Meet Florian
Florian Raqueño believes music has the power to bring people together, much like good food and wine. She is the founder of Florian Raqueño Productions and co-owner of Glorie Cookies, crediting God, her family, and a strong network of friends for her positive outlook. Born in the Philippines and raised as the daughter of a Navy veteran, she grew up in coastal cities surrounded by music, laughter, and rich culture. Encouraged by her mother, she graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Journalism degree and went on to work in journalism, media relations, and television.
Through Florian Raqueño Productions, she brings live music entertainment to companies, cities, and events, while Glorie Cookies shares gourmet treats made with clean ingredients. Her passions include travel, cuisine, wine, fashion, and family. She is proud of her two children’s accomplishments and continues to serve her community through the Business Advocacy, Gala, and Asian Pacific Islander Committees.
“I love to dance to any music I can groove to! From Pop, to Blues to Country, Latin, and everything in between, my favorite music is what fills my soul at that particular moment.”
Favorite Pastimes: traveling, exploring cuisine, wine and whiskey, fashion and shopping, spending time with her family and friends. But the ultimate favorite moments always include spending time with her two beautiful children.
